Massage allows us to target the deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissue. We will aim to release any chronic muscle tension and inflammation you may have contributing to pain and stress. Since everyone’s threshold for pressure varies, we will customize your visit to fit your specific needs and wants (Full-body work, upper-body or lower-body focused, etc.). Whether you are a regular or this is your first massage, once your massage is underway, a whole range of beneficial reactions are set in motion. NOTE: Massages include massage gratuity.
